On the Panorama Settings tab, set the File Format to JPEG, Projection
to Equirectangular, Field of view to be 360x180. Then, on the Create
Panorama tab, check "Lock aspect ratio" and set width as required.
e.g. put 4000 and the height will be set to 2000 automatically.
