The PSD limit is 30kX30k, but the TIFF limit is bigger. Both 
dimensions can be 32 bits, although because the max file size is 
also 32 bits, you can't really use all the size bits.

For a rectangular image with 2:1 aspect ratio and 3 bytes per pixel, 
my calculations are that the tiff max is about 53500x26750.
