You may be able to create a PTStitcher script then drop a folder of 
images and the script on PTStitcher to batch process.  Alternatively, 
if you are on OS X, you can use my version (www.kekus.com) of the 
plug-ins which are fully actionable in Photoshop and 16 bit capable.  
Just record a Photoshop action then create a droplet out of it or do a 
Photoshop batch process.
