You can use the ptsticher command line

ptstitcher -o foo_defish.jpg scriptfile.txt foo.jpg

[c:\users\cavanaug]cat scriptfile.txt
p f0 v94 n"JPG q100"
o f3 r0 p0 y0 v64 +buf -buf n"fisheye.jpg"
