3 PCs - Viewer always loads new panos fine AS LONG AS AUTOSPIN IS NOT
RUNNING. NS4.5-4.7 and IE5
On Pentium 200mhz/64mb(win98) It always hangs browser NS4.5 and IE5 if
autospin is active.
Netscapes "MEMORY ERROR" appears if "reload/refresh is used multiple
times(unlikely). Loading another pano seems to clear the memory.
On AMD450/128mb(win98) It hangs browser (NS4.7 and IE5) 50% of the time if
autospin is active and new pano is loaded.
Netscapes "MEMORY ERROR" could not be replicated on this machine.
Loading 1 pano on top of 1 still loading, hangs browser. (blows out windows
desktop settings also)
On AMD600/256mb(win2000) It never hangs browser if autospin is active. In
fact I can even start 3rd pano loading while 2nd is still loading. 2nd
displays then 3rd. VERY STABLE
Netscapes "MEMORY ERROR" could not be replicated on this machine. I tried to
crash it but couldn't.
Other Notes
Wait screen doesn't appear when loading additional images and the Frame
disappears.
The "between pano" wait.gif actually loaded once for me for a second (boy
was I excited) (200mhz/win98).
Animated gif wait screen at start runs smooth till download complete, then
it appears to be fighting for resources with image processing. I wonder if
both wait issues are related. No resources left while processing pano...
All in all an AWESOME VIEWER

i tried web360.de on both IE 5 Mac and NC 4.72 Mac , Mac Os 9.04 FR
Loading new panos in the running applet doesn't work at all .
The first applet loads fine, but no link works after.
May be i miss something .
