[PanoToolsNG] Replacement for "ptviewer" Java App?

I have several panoramas on my site that still use the old "ptviewer" Java app. It doesn't play nicely with the security settings in the current Java release, so anyone who wants to view those panoramas will end up having to manually whitelist my w

[PanoToolsNG] Re: Nikon1 Panos

[PanoToolsNG] Re: Nikon1 Panos

Matt, thanks for your input. I'm already using Nikon1 V1 cameras for some of my professional work. They may not be equal to larger DSLR cameras but there are certain applications where they are fine and actually better. First tests in making panos

[PanoToolsNG] Re: how to use coordinates

I agree with Eric that your best bet is to use the "Align to grid" feature. I have found that I get better stitching results by fine tuning the horizontal and vertical overlap percent first while using the "Detail Viewer" to look at the boundaries betw

[PanoToolsNG] how to use coordinates

I am developing a moving xy-stage that will move the object underneath a vertical camera. It's like areal photography on centimetre scale. Since I move the stage, I know the coordinates of each exposure relative to the whole. I think it should be po
