.JPA and encryption

Hi all;
i have problem with PTcrypt, i have successfuly using .jpb but i can
not use .JPA option. i can successfuly encoding the jpg files
to .jpa files and after uploding files to website i can not see
them, red screen on my applet.
Why this occurs? i think i must change something in ptcrypt.prefs
but i dont know what should i change or add.
So, why this occurs? Any experienced user? anyone can help me?
