guide needed for ptgui software.

Can any of ptgui expert guide me making sperical full 360 pano?
i run that software but i dont know how to stitch and make it spherical.
i have nikon d100, Sigma F4 8mm Fisheye, manfrotto tripod and pano head.
i have also license of panoweaver4, tourweaver, ptScripter, panocube,
pano2qtvr etc.
i wanna know how to make pano from ptGUI.
