PTGui 5 Beta5 Blending MUCH Improved

This beta seems much more solid than previous versions. I ran my
example with moving clouds and result was very acceptable. Compared
blenders for image quality on this example:
Enblend - 10, but VERY slow
Smartblend - 10, but only able to stitch about 10,000 pixels wide
(others did 20,000 pixels without problems)
PTGui - 8-9, but fast and able to produce large panoramas
There were still some areas of blending which gave the impression of a
line or looked like artifacts compared to other blenders, but 95% less
than beta3.
