There's an icon for regional settings in your windows control panel.
You can set the delimiter to . or to ,
That makes the difference how windows displays numbers. 12.5 or 12,5
for twelve and a half.
Ok but this modification is not actually very practical since it would mean
changing the settings every time you use Autopano-sift.
Personally I used "replace comma by dot in wordpad...
