Take a look at the tutorial of pano2qtvr to find the pan/tilt/Fov of a 
specific region:

Take a look at *The QT spotter window* in the tutorial how it works.

Use *Spot in QT* to open the spotter window in pano2qtvr in the 
*Quicktime settings*tab.
