Relative Paths in PtGui Batch

Hi Guys,
Joost, the latest versions of PtGui are brilliant, my panos have never
looked so good. Thank you very much.
My question: Can a .pts template be made with relative path names?
I've had a play around with the .pts file in notepad, but haven't had
much luck.
If I could use relative paths, then I could drop a .pts file into a
folder with correctly names images etc, and PtGui would batch a final
file into the same folder. Would save me having to open each set of
images in PtGui, specify a path to save to, save .pts file etc.
