GLPanoView compatible with PangeaVR

After talking with Thomas today, we've decided to go ahead and make
his GLPanoView plug-in compatible with PangeaVR's MIME and EMBED
tags. In theory, you should now be able to view all of those
PangeaVR web pages using his plug-in:
