"Brocap" integration - please test

Thanks to Yuval's accomodations, the website http://www.austria-360.at
is now fully aware of 3 different browser plugins:
Spi-V, DevalVR and Quicktime. (This is also the order how plugins will
be chosen upon availability)
Brocap is integrated as PHP-script which catches the URL, checks the
browser cababilities and decides, if the panorama should be shown in
Quicktime or handed over to a dynamic convertion into SPi-V or DevalVR.
I would greatly appreciate any feedback about stability and usability of
this implementation.
Also, i would be happy to hear about any ideas for improvement.
