Same here.
I think this is a mixed problem.
Choosing SPIV as first pano is bad idea because it
needs the most (rare/VRAM) resources from all plugins.
I also had the problem that the resolution was scaled down
by the engine very fast (Aldo implemented a fps check in the
last release) so after panning sometimes there remained only
some grey tiles. Maybe the heuristic built into the engine
is still a little buggy. (Just guessing)
