PanoTools:
"Pure Panorama Tools(tm)"?

It seems that on the new Immervision web site they are pitching a product
that they are calling Pure Panorama Tools(tm).
http://www.immervision.com/immerv2/en/multimedia/index.php. This seems to be
a direct attempt to associate their product with the Panorama Tools "brand"
awareness created by the opensource product that this group focuses on. Am I
misunderstanding what's up here? Once Immervision release this product line,
then anyone who says they are using "Panorama Tools" may be lead the
listener to believe that they mean a commercial software package, and
inadvertently advising the listener to purchase the commercial product.
Just a random observation.
